So much of what I do involves being active that it’s a must for me to be in my best shape, both physically and mentally. You can find me in the gym daily, but my preferred method of sweat takes place in the ring. I have a boxing gym in New York called Rumble, and I love it because it means working out while having fun. The vibe is like a club. While it has long stood that exercise benefits you from the neck down, like the lungs and heart, new research suggests that aerobic exercise like boxing is the best for your brain.
