But some of The Punisher’s neighbors like what they see. While countries like Indonesia and Cambodia are avoiding some of Duterte’s more appalling tactics, they have praised his aggressiveness, as capital punishment for drug offenses is on the rise — with Asia and the Middle East leading the way.
