They’re following the money. New York’s attorney general has ordered Donald Trump’s personal charity to cease soliciting donations for violating state laws regulating charitable institutions. Scrutiny of the Republican nominee’s use of other people’s money is heating up: The New York Times followed its weekend revelation that the mogul lost nearly $1 billion in 1995 with a new exposé that describes Trump’s business decisions as catastrophically bad for those who worked with him.
