    Jeb Bush Formally Announces 2016 Presidential Bid

    Now it’s official. Months after expressing interest in the nomination, Jeb Bush told a crowd of supporters at Miami Dade College he’s officially throwing his hat in the ring for the White House. Bush is seeking to make history by becoming the third member of his immediate to occupy the White House. He enters the race as one of his party’s presumptive front-runners but promised to take nothing for granted, saying he’ll government “out of the business of causing problems.” First, he’ll have to distinguish himself from the 13 other declared GOP candidates and a skeptical conservative base.
