OZY is looking for a dynamic and organized Ad Operations Specialist to join our growing team. This individual is an integral member of the campaign execution team and plays a pivotal role in implementing and delivering effective campaigns across OZY’s media platform.

WHAT YOU’LL LOVE DOING:

  • Manage and traffic campaigns across OZY’s media platform (digital, TV, podcast, events) on a daily basis. 
  • Ensure that all client campaigns are executed with precision, including being compliant with creative and technical requirements.
  • Precisely test and troubleshoot client campaigns and quickly investigate and resolve delivery issues and discrepancies.
  • Work closely with the editorial, sales and technical teams to ensure seamless cross-function execution of client campaigns.
  • Support editorial and sales teams in day-to-day ad operations tasks.
  • Analyze ad-serving data and generate reports of campaign performing on a recurring basis. 

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

  • 2+ years in digital ad operations or related field.
  • Robust proficiency in DFP and Smart Adserver is a plus.
  • Familiarity with the digital advertising landscape, specifically ad serving and related technologies (brand safety, viewability and other common third party verification).
  • Fluency in Excel (pivot tables/VLOOKUPs) and coding languages (HTML, JavaScript, etc.) recommended.

MEDIA STRATEGIST

OZY is looking for a dynamic, organized, and forward-thinking Media Strategist, whose primary role is to develop targeted, integrated media plans across OZY’s media platform (digital, TV, podcasts, events). Additionally, this individual will manage relationships with partner agencies and maintain media schedules and budgets for the client.

WHAT YOU’LL LOVE DOING:

  • Lead the development, negotiation and execution of media plans based on a clear understanding of client objectives across OZY’s media platform and in branded content partnerships.
  • Communicate and present media recommendations intelligently and in a compelling way – sell the opportunity in a way that makes others excited.
  • Comprehensively understand OZY’s media platform, analyze various media alternatives and make insightful recommendations as to how to best allocate the advertising budget.
  • Triage and prioritize key media deliverables and actively manage client campaigns with a lens toward achieving high performance.
  • Work collaboratively with marketing and editorial teams to deliver creative products that fuel client success.
  • Ensure the execution of campaigns on a timely basis and prepare campaign summary charts and analyses for internal and external presentations.
  • Proactively assess campaigns on an on-going basis and recalibrate campaign strategies to ensure performance is aligned with expectations.
  • Actively manage client media budgets to ensure campaigns are successfully delivering results with each dollar spent. 

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

  • 2+ years of experience in digital media planning.
  • Deep breadth of knowledge within the digital ecosystem and having a clear understanding of tactical media planning and buying is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office product suite – in particular Microsoft Excel – and has deep knowledge of media tools (Comscore, MRI, Mediaocean/Prisma, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong command of language and writing.
  • Creative problem-solver with strong analytical capabilities having the ability to work with speed and efficiency and is readily adaptable to changing priorities in a fast-paced work environment.

OZY is looking for a dynamic and organized Account Manager to join our growing team. This individual is an integral member of the campaign execution team, responsible for directly managing and overseeing the entire execution process for sold deals, working closely with the sales, creative, strategy and publishing teams to ensure that our deliverables are high quality and on time.

WHAT YOU’LL LOVE DOING:

  • Spearhead all client/internal communication ensuring all tactical expectations are met based on client’s scope while maintaining a positive relationship with client touchpoints.
  • Maintaining campaign documents, workflows and timelines to ensure they are completed on time, on budget, and to elevate any issues to Sr. Management.
  • Work between Sales, Creative, Strategy and additional teams to ensure client relationships and deliverables are on track and moving.
  • Detailed project management and content management across multiple platforms based on the needs of the account, can include: Web, Digital Media, Social, Podcast, TV, & Live Events.
  • Analyzing campaign performance data and strategic recommendations for optimizations and renewals.
  • Understand and be able to speak to the services OZY offers, knows when to loop in supervisor for add-on opportunities.
  • Keep a pulse on the industry and know who our competitors are.
  • Support analysts in pulling and compiling reporting.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

  • 3-4 years of experience executing marketing/advertising campaigns in an account manager/project manager role is required. 
  • Social media-savvy and prior account management experience at an advertising agency is preferred.
  • Experience working on large scale event and festival activations is a plus.
  • Ability to effectively develop and foster client relationships.
  • Exhibit excellence and attention to detail with all day-to-day work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment, balancing thorough “big-picture” understanding of current and emerging needs.
  • Demonstrate flexibility, redefining and communicating project scope of work, assigned tasks, and deliverables for the team based on changing client need/deadlines.

WHAT YOU’LL LOVE DOING:

  • Support the sales team in developing presentations and communicating OZY’s story in the marketplace.
  • Identify and utilize research to best position OZY’s platforms and ideas.
  • Creatively ideate on custom branded content opportunities for advertisers.
  • Respond to client RFPs by working in tandem with various departments, including branded content, editorial, ad operations, design, social and more to strategically develop cross-platform sponsorship opportunities.
  • Administrative support on special projects such as product presentations, toolkits and events as needed.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a marketing or digital sales support role.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Excellent oral and written presentation skills.
  • Thorough knowledge of Photoshop, PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
  • Design and video editing experience a plus.

This individual will be responsible for helping oversee all branded content executions at OZY, from both initial ideas and story pitches all the way through to creative execution and content promotion. The ideal candidate will have a passion for content creation combined with a talent for strategic thinking. You will need to be familiar with digital media, web, social and creative/production to lead the charge to put together thoughtful pitches for branded content. 

WHAT YOU’LL LOVE DOING:

  • Participate in new business pitches by leading the creative brainstorming with regards to research and development of activation plans.
  • Work closely with OZY’s editorial team and act as a liaison between the editorial and sales teams to ensure cohesive content strategy.
  • Collaborate across a team-based environment spanning all key agency departments and functions – brand strategy, creative, ad ops, project management, account and production.
  • Work across teams to ensure accuracy of message, alignment across media channels and quality of content across a variety of key clients.
  • Develop audience insights that can be applied to campaigns and aid in regular reporting on KPIs delivered by content campaigns.
  • Work closely with the team to ensure marketing insights and recommendations align with the overall strategic plan for campaigns across clients and projects.
  • Perform other tasks as required or assigned that are reasonably within the scope of duties enumerated above. 

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

  • 3-5+ years in strategic and content development. 
  • Strong writing and editing skills, as well as experience with freelancers.
  • Previous experience in a digital-oriented agency or publisher environment and developing integrated marketing campaigns preferred

  • Proven ability to work across teams and able to create strong, positive, collaborative working relationships.
