We’re excited to announce that the Oprah Winfrey Network is partnering with OZY to bring you an unprecedented new TV show called Black Women OWN the Conversation. Each town-hall-style episode features intimate dialogues, honest opinions, and surprising solutions focusing on key issues including Beauty, Love, Motherhood, and Mind, Body & Soul.
The first of these episodes featuring an audience of 100 Black women, celebrity panelists, and OZY co-founder and host Carlos Watson will premiere on Saturday, August 24, at 10:00 pm ET/PT, exclusively on OWN. Some of the many notable guests and thought leaders include politician Stacey Abrams, model and activist Winnie Harlow, actresses Tina Lifford and Ryan Michelle Bathe, singer Monica, and comedians Nicole Byer and Dulcé Sloan.

An Emmy Award-winning talk show host, Carlos has been a political commentator on CNN and a news anchor on MSNBC. As CEO and co-founder of OZY, he has interviewed former presidents and some of the world’s best-known artists and activists.
