Five years after the Arab Spring, most everyone can agree that the Middle East is a mess. Syria is torn between the Islamic State and a dictator who unabashedly gases his own people. The collapse of oil prices threatens to destabilize countries such as Saudi Arabia. And radical Islamic terrorists feed on the fact of continued U.S. intervention in the area.
